On the 3rd and 4th September I was invited to the Fylde Music Festival in Fleetwood near Blackpool. The Fylde Music Festival is a long established and very well respected feature of the North West of England for acoustic, folk, indie and traditional music. It is being run brilliantly by Alan Bell himself a well respected and talented folk singer and his wife Helen. The weather can be a bit unpredictable but the atmosphere is warm and friendly. I had a really nice time and definitively want to go back next year.
On the Saturday I played at the Steamer pub and on the Sunday I did an additional set at the Gasworkers Club. The video is a mix of these 2 gigs.
